Organic silicone waterproof agent for construction surface is a new type of rigid three-dimensional waterproof material, using methyl silicate as main component. Thus, it is widely used for cement mortar, plaster, perlite, reinforced concrete, waterproof coating, different building external walls, warehouse, sloping roof, ancient buildings, stone tablet, tile, marble, granite, wood material, clay brick, etc. Also, it can be applicable to hydrophobic treatment of the surface of concrete pavior brick and inorganic insulation material, especially suitable for various types of face brick and granite wall facing.
Our organic silicone waterproof agent for construction surface features outstanding waterproof performance, excellent weathering resistance and durability, strong impermeability of four times higher than ordinary cement, inactivation function, safe and easy construction, reasonable cost, no corrosion to steel bars, color protecting, pollution prevention, resistance to salting-out and alkali burnout, freeze-thaw prevention as well as resistance to wall mildew and lichen.
In detail, due to its low water absorption rate, organic silicone waterproof agent for construction surface will not freeze in winter and produce no bulging so as to prevent tiles and mosaics from peeling off. Besides, it will not block up pores and milipores on building surface, so there is no influence on moisture emission within the wall or interior with moisture proof and breathable property.
Usage, Dosage and Packaging
1. Organic silicone waterproof agent for construction surface can be used to spray directly, which is extremely convenient and highly efficient. Especially for the seepage of external wall and the situation of resurfacing not allowed, spraying our product can absolutely provide excellent waterproof effect. Also, it mixed with cement can be used as the best rigid waterproof mortar.
2. Our product should be diluted with water of 8 to 10 times more for use before construction so as to ensure its quality.
3. Organic silicone waterproof agent for construction surface should be packed in dry, clean and sealed plastic drum with net weight of 18kg per drum
