العربية FDN Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate Concrete Admixture, Underground Construction Concrete Admixture
FDN nalfonate formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture is the purified product of UNF-5 type product, which is also β- naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensation. It can be used in areas with daily minimum temperature of 0℃ and for making high fluidity concrete, high strength concrete and steam curing concrete plus most cast-in-place concrete and precast concrete. Especially as parent material, our product can be used for composite of various types of concrete admixture.
Compared with UNF-5 type, FDN naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture has higher water reducing rate and fewer concrete slump loss, which can efficiently increase the concrete fluidity, reduce bleeding and segregation and then improve the workability of concrete. Also, it features good adaptability to numerous types of cement, appropriate setting time within one hour, no crystallization in winter with low sodium sulphate, strong compatibility with other admixture such as expanding agent, air-entraining agent and fly ash. Due to the improvement of pore structure of concrete, its durability index including impermeability, carbonation resistance and freeze-thaw resistance has been largely improved.

Dosage
Common dosage of our product ranges from 0.4% to 1.0% of the weight of cementitious materials, while recommended dosage is 0.5% of the weight of cementitious materials.
How to use
1. If you want to use powder directly, you should put with cement together and you may not directly add to the surface of wet sand and stone.
2. If you want to make solution, you had better dissolve it fully and stir it well.
Packaging
Our powder adopts a woven bag with plastic liner, with each bag weighing 25kg .
